The location of this resort is great, with stunning mountain views. There are nearby markets that are closer than the ones further down the mountain. The room had a nice floor heating system and the common area facilities, like the indoor pool and hot tub, were available for use.
The front desk staff was unprofessional, rude, and clueless, causing frustration for guests.

The mountain view from the unit was nice. Floor heating system. The kitchen was nice to have since it is a far drive to town and places to eat. A steep grade downhill to drive back to town. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They have an adult only hot tub which was very nice. Beautiful location, lots of rooms and beds. I loved all of the fun amenities for families with children. The location and views were beautiful!
Felt most welcome, no complaints at all.

The kitchen in our room at Powder Ridge Village was a lifesaver! With limited food options nearby, having a fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and save money. The amenities for families with children were fantastic, with a playground, pool, and pool table to keep everyone entertained. And let's not forget the beautiful location and stunning views!
One minor drawback was that there were no vents in the rooms, so we couldn't use the A/C. However, the provided fan and open windows helped cool down the room.
